2 ripe Bananas
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Honey

Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Method

Prepare the bananas well in advance, chop into small pieces and put in a freezer inside a plastic container, and leave for at least 3 hours but preferably overnight.

Remove the bananas from the freezer and allow to thaw slightly. Put the bananas into the blender and add the peanut butter and honey. Blend until the mixture has become smooth then add the yogurt around 3 tablespoons to half a 450g pot. Give it a final blend and pour into a glass to serve.

Serves 1-2
