Apple & Elderflower Jellies
Jelly just got sophisticated with this recipe!
1.Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes.
2.In a small saucepan add the cordial and heat slightly until tepid, add the wine.
3.Squeeze the access water from the gelatine and add to the cordial wine mix.
4.Leave to cool.
5.Divide the jelly into glasses or jelly moulds, add the fruit and leave to set overnight in the fridge.
6.To serve spoon over the yogurt to fill the glasses and decorate with a few blueberries.
